We're sorry to hear that the cut appeared slightly off-center and that the edges were not as smooth as expected. We understand how important it is for your finished product to look polished. While borders can be added to a design, they are not recommended because they may appear uneven or off-center after trimming. Printed products are cut after printing, and small shifts during the cutting process can occur, which may affect the appearance of borders or fine details. Please let us know if you would like the order reprinted or if you would prefer to edit the design to adjust the borders. We're happy to assist with the option that works best for you.

I am unhappy with the trim of the cards. Many are off center with the majority of the border trimmed off. I would like a reprint or refund.
