The invitation is to dark

I was a bit disappointed to notice that the invitation is much darker than it appeared in the preview. It’s unfortunate that I now need to restart the process.

Can't trust their colour codes

I ordered all my wedding invitations using a template from vistaprint that was cream-coloured. I then ordered special labels from another company using the same colour code to match. Upon receipt of my order from vistaprint, they just printed them on plain white rather than cream, but my enclosure cards were printed on the proper cream colour, so I ended up with two different colours. I complained to Vistaprint, and they reprinted and reshipped my order at no cost. I just received the reprints today, and of course, they're still white. Waste of paper, waste of time, waste of money! I don't have time now to wait for more reprints, so now I need to send out these mix-matched invites. Very disappointed.

We completely understand how frustrating it must be to receive items that don’t match, especially for such an important occasion. Please note that printed colours use the CMYK colour model, while the colours on your monitor use RGB. Some bright or vibrant shades you see on screen cannot be exactly reproduced in print, which can sometimes result in slight differences in colour. We truly appreciate your patience and feedback, and we’re disappointed that your order did not meet expectations. While your order was reprinted at no cost, we understand this has caused inconvenience, and we will share your experience with our team to help improve future colour accuracy.
