Horrible to small can’t even read it looks like nothing when stamped

Based on your design, we suggest the medium or large stamp instead of the small size. In the future, we recommend that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order; www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend editing your original artwork and placing a new order. The red stamp did not match what it looked like when I ordered it - the text size is much smaller than expected. Since it is obviously possible to make the text that small, I fail to see why your online design system wouldn't let me make the text that small for the black stamp - I would have preferred the black one in a smaller size, but really needed the red one to be larger - it is useless as is.

After reviewing your order, we noted that the stamps were created in two different sizes: Medium (2.24" x 0.83") and Small (1.42" x 0.47"). Because the physical dimensions of the stamps differ, the maximum printable area also varies, which directly impacts how large the text can appear. Additionally, the font sizing applied in each design was not identical, which further contributed to the difference in text scale between the red and black stamps. For future orders, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing the preview mode and downloading the PDF proof prior to checkout. These tools provide an accurate visual representation of how the text will appear within the selected stamp size, helping ensure the proportions meet your expectations.
