Upon reviewing the design, we noticed the placeholder dimensions are 1.5" x 2.99", and because the uploaded file contained very small text within that space, the bottom line did not print clearly. We share on our website that uploads with small graphics, fonts smaller than 8-point, or fine lines are not advised, as seen here. Since this was an uploaded design, we recommend revising the file to increase the font size before we proceed with a replacement order to ensure the final product is crisp and professional.
