While our design studio does automatically sharpen images, the quality improvement is limited when the original file itself is low resolution. For future orders, we recommend using a higher‑quality image with at least 300 DPI that is specifically prepared for banner printing. This will help ensure that the photo prints clearly and professionally at a larger size. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend editing the original design and using a high-resolution image that is at least 300 DPI.
