Sizing was frustrating

The product is lovely however the size is much smaller than anticipated. This is in part due to ordering limitations on the site, however we thought it would be slightly bigger at least. This is not going to work for the intended purpose and we have ordered a larger version elsewhere. This one will be used as a photo prop - edges were nicely cut/smooth, it was well packaged and the graphic looks nice, the sizing was just much too far off the mark.

The edges of the sign that we’re supposed to be black were all jaded and with a really rough finish!

Every item I ordered greatly let down my expectations of Vistaprint.
The cut on all 4 edges of the sign was extremely jagged and noticeably raw.
The emblem that came back on the hat was not at all like pictured in the proof prior to ordering. It is unreadable.
And the background image of the mouse pad print is completely unnoticeable, unlike the proof, again.
I am very unhappy with my order.
