Upon reviewing your order, we can confirm that the Frosted Acrylic material was selected. This option has a frosted, matte appearance and is not fully transparent. If you’re looking for a completely see-through effect, the Clear Acrylic option would be the best choice. For future orders, we recommend double-checking the material selection during customization to ensure the final product matches your intended result. The product is lovely however the size is much smaller than anticipated. This is in part due to ordering limitations on the site, however we thought it would be slightly bigger at least. This is not going to work for the intended purpose and we have ordered a larger version elsewhere. This one will be used as a photo prop - edges were nicely cut/smooth, it was well packaged and the graphic looks nice, the sizing was just much too far off the mark.

The edges of the sign that we’re supposed to be black were all jaded and with a really rough finish!
