The edges were poorly cut. The logo colour was desaturated and the glass was much more transparent than I had hoped.
I asked for a refund.

We wanted to look into this for you to provide some clarity on the timeline. Our records show that the order was placed with Economy shipping, and the original estimated delivery date disclosed at checkout was Tuesday, October 7th. The tracking information indicates that your order was successfully delivered on Tuesday, September 30th, which was definitely earlier than the original date provided.

The quality was cheap.
Missing screws
The blue wrap protecting the sign was hard to remove and once removed it damaged the sign.
I was totally disappointed.
