The mug quality is good, but the printed text was not as clear or legible as expected. The online preview didn't accurately reflect how the text would appear on the final product. A readability warning or design recommendation before printing would help customers achieve better results.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you like the overall quality of the Custom Mugs, but we are truly sorry that the printed text wasn't as clear or legible as expected.
Upon checking your design, it looks like the logo was submitted with a background that was subsequently removed. When a background is removed from an image, it can sometimes accidentally trim off thin edges or parts of the letters, which can make the text appear incomplete or hard to read once printed. While this can usually be seen in the design preview before checkout, we completely understand how easy it is to miss.
We would love the opportunity to look into this further and make things right for you. Could you please reply to this message with a photo of the mug you received, as well as a clear, high-resolution version of your logo with a transparent/no background?
