The website proof was misleading, and the characters at the bottom of the business card were too small on the finished printed cards

In reviewing the account, we are seeing that the font size would have been smaller than the recommended font size and so the print would be too small to be read properly. We'll be happy to help with getting the matter resolved if you would edit the cards to make the font larger so we can have a free replacement processed.
