When adding my QR code that worked on my computer at the time of order, only to receive all my cards and the code doesn’t work. In fact you can even scan it at all. So disappointed that vista print wouldn’t “quality” check those things before printing it all.

We are sorry to hear that the QR code on the Natural Textured Business Cards did not work as expected. Regrettably, upon reviewing the design, the code is not scanning because it is too small. When designing the QR codes, the suggested size is at least 2 cm x 2 cm (0.8 inches x 0.8 inches). Furthermore, we always recommend testing the code before ordering. We suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design: www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. You're able to then scan the code to check if it is working correctly. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent with more details. We hope this helps.
