This will help us investigate why the layout looks different from the preview you approved. As for your other concern regarding the label on top of the stamp, we would like to share that this is a standard design feature. As disclosed in the "Assembly Note" on our product page, your self-inking stamp comes with a blank label. To set it up, simply remove the paper insert, stamp your design directly onto it, and return it to the display slot to create your own customized, perfectly oriented top label. We highly recommend checking these product details for future orders to help set expectations.
