The colours were all wrong, it looked great on the screen but when it printed everything was yellow and purple

We understand how disappointing it must be when the final printed result looks significantly different from what you saw on screen, especially when the design relied on specific colour tones. Print output can sometimes vary due to differences between screen display (RGB) and print production (CMYK), but we agree that your experience fell short of expectations.
