The paper quality was great but the image came out slightly fuzzy, so they didn't take care in checking with me that the image was sharp before printing.

For the best results, we recommend ensuring your artwork uses high-resolution images (at least 300 dpi) and checking colors in CMYK mode, which more accurately represents print colors rather than RGB.
