Sadly the photos on the cards are quite a bit darker than it looked on my screen and took the vibrancy out of the photos

Reorder was not the same

I chose to reorder 100 more cards of what I ordered previously. I did not receive the same order. It’s disappointing that is has happened as these are celebration of Life cards and we cannot use them and paid a significant amount of money for them during our difficult time.

Poor printing

We had a silver foil with black ink, invitation card created. All the cards had ink markings on the front of the card, as if someone took a black writing utensil and smeared it on the front of the card. It was not the quality we expected. Very well could've been a printer error, but due to the short timeframe we had to get the invitations out, we couldn't even get them redone. Truly an unfortunate waste of money
