We have received our guestbooks, and unfortunately, we are quite disappointed with the result. The product does not reflect what we had designed or expected. The colour is different from what we requested, and the material of the books appears washed out, which is especially concerning. We understand that personalized items are typically non-returnable, but given the issues and the fact that we needed these for an upcoming event, we are unable to use them as intended. As a result, we would like to request a refund.
