Ordered white flag with image printed but they sent grey background flag with my image on it ( my image was transparent back ground so no it wasn't because of my image).
Called told them about the issue and they said they would reprint it for me got the second one and it was exactly the same. called them again . The lady verified my image was transparent back ground and that it wasn't the issue. They sent off the complaint to production manager and this is the reply i got.
"After further review, we have confirmed that the flags you received reflect a slightly grey tone rather than a pure white finish. This appearance is consistent with how this product is manufactured. As a result, if a reprint were completed, the flag would be produced the same way and would appear identical to what you’ve already received.
We completely understand that you were expecting a purely white flag, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this may have caused. "
Even though all images and promotions for flags and banners shows white background. i feel this was an easy way out for someone who didn't know what to do about it.
I was highly unsatisfied with this order . i have had great experience with everything i have ordered before this. it wont stop me from ordering but i feel i got the shaft for the easy way out for them.

I’m disappointed with this product. The flag is very see-through and does not match how it is presented on the website. The quality is not what I expected.

Really great quality at first glance. The material is quite heavy. Stitching and brass grommets appear to be quite solid as well. Pretty happy!
