Ordered white flag with image printed but they sent grey background flag with my image on it ( my image was transparent back ground so no it wasn't because of my image). Called told them about the issue and they said they would reprint it for me got the second one and it was exactly the same. called them again . The lady verified my image was transparent back ground and that it wasn't the issue. They sent off the complaint to production manager and this is the reply i got. "After further review, we have confirmed that the flags you received reflect a slightly grey tone rather than a pure white finish. This appearance is consistent with how this product is manufactured. As a result, if a reprint were completed, the flag would be produced the same way and would appear identical to what you’ve already received. We completely understand that you were expecting a purely white flag, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this may have caused. " Even though all images and promotions for flags and banners shows white background. i feel this was an easy way out for someone who didn't know what to do about it. I was highly unsatisfied with this order . i have had great experience with everything i have ordered before this. it wont stop me from ordering but i feel i got the shaft for the easy way out for them.

I’m disappointed with this product. The flag is very see-through and does not match how it is presented on the website. The quality is not what I expected.

Yes. If your wall flag ever becomes soiled and needs to be washed, wash in cold water using a normal cycle. Once the flag is washed, dry it for 10 minutes in the dryer on a low heat setting and then air dry until completely dry. If needed, you can iron your flag with an iron set on the nylon setting.

Our wall flags are designed for outdoor use and will last for a long time in normal weather conditions.

If you choose a flag with grommets, you can hang them from a pole for your storefront, outside your home, at an event or even handheld. Use it anywhere where you think you’ll get the best visibility.

Single-sided flags are more translucent, which lets the flag design (and sunlight) shine through, while our more opaque, double-sided flags offer richer color saturation.
