Frame is flimsy

The printed banner is great; I was pleased with how the seams at the top and bottom are perfectly parallel to the printed logos. However, the frame itself is somewhat flimsy: it's nice that it's not heavy, but the collar-style tighteners that hold the telescoping extenders in place are cheap aluminum and don't screw down properly (or at all, on some of the rods). Not pleased with this at all.

You never know if what you submit as art work actually will come up the way to want it, but the banner came out perfect. I was surprised that it didn't come with the brackets but then when I checked my order, I realized I didn't select that option. I got some from Amazon.
