We regret to hear that the size of the inserts did not fit the signicade frames. Upon reviewing the account, we saw that the 24" x 36" size was ordered, which should have fit the frame, so we are not sure what happened. We are happy to hear that you were able to fit them and that the sign is working for you. We'd love to investigate the matter further, so if you are able to, please reply to this email with the photos of the inserts before they were trimmed.

I actually thought I was ordering a larger sign. I find that its too small and difficult for potential customers walking by to clearly make out what I am offering. Quality wise, its fine. But I’m really sad with the size.
