We're very sorry to hear that your Signicade® arrived with printing errors and that the plastic frame required additional work before assembly. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after reporting the issue and not receiving a follow-up within the expected timeframe. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologize for both the product quality and the delay in our response. To help us investigate and resolve this as quickly as possible, could you please reply to this email with photos showing the printing errors and the plastic frame, including the areas where the plastic needed to be removed? If possible, please also include a photo of the product as a whole. Once we receive the photos, we'll review your case as a priority and determine the best resolution available. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.
