Easy to set up & reuse
Our roll-up retractable banners come preassembled with everything you need – cassette, banner and case – in 4 versatile sizes: 24" x 62", 24" x 81", 33" x 81" and 47" x 81". Choose from 3 materials: vinyl for durability and indoor displays, PVC-free vinyl for eco-conscious events and polyester fabric for a softer feel. Durable and ready for repeated and long-term indoor use, these banner stands are a great way to get your brand noticed in busy settings. Pick the retractable banner stand that fits your needs – standard for occasional use, standard plus and premium for trade shows and retail displays or premium plus and elite for high-traffic environments. When assembling, use both hands to pull up from the center of your banner stand to avoid damage. Upgrade to our protective glossy coating to guard against scuffs and enhance the vibrancy of your design (available with our vinyl material). And when you're done, slowly lower your banner straight down into the cassette, keeping control of the top bar to protect the mechanism. Pop it in its case and store it for your next event.

Important notes to keep in mind:
Tips for Assembly:
- Pull from the center when raising the banner. This prevents material from pulling to the side.
- Avoid jerky movements – be gentle with the mechanism.
- If the banner leans forward, adjust the pole at the base to make sure it connects with both holes.
Tips for Disassembly:
- Lower the banner straight down, not at an angle. This keeps the rolled banner even and prevents edges from catching on the cassette metal.
- Keep control of the top bar as the banner lowers so it doesn't slam into the cassette.
- If you see fraying or scrapes, check that material edges aren't caught in the base.
- If the banner won't retract, make sure the pin isn't inserted into the side of the stand. (Note: the pin should have been removed during manufacturing.)
- If the banner feels stuck, gently pull the material out and realign it so it retracts smoothly.

- Retractable Banners: This style includes a vinyl, PVC-free vinyl or polyester fabric banner that comes preassembled with a retractable banner stand and carrying case. It offers quick setup and takedown with multiple cassette options and sizes available. Perfect for portable indoor displays.
- Mesh Banners: Made of woven polyester mesh, these banners are best for outdoor and windy conditions, with included grommets and reinforced edges.
- Fabric Banners: Made of recyclable, scratch-resistant polyester with included grommets. Great for indoor and outdoor use.

We offer 3 banner materials: Our vinyl material is .31 mm thick, our PVC-free vinyl is 0.36 mm thick and our polyester fabric is .37 mm.

Each material offers different benefits for your custom retractable banner:
- Vinyl: Smooth, light-blocking vinyl that offers durability for indoor displays and trade shows.
- PVC-Free Vinyl: PVC- and phthalate-free vinyl with a smooth feel and light-filtering properties.
- Polyester Fabric: Knotted, coated fabric that blocks light with a softer appearance for design-forward displays.

Store your banner in its carrying case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For vinyl and PVC-free vinyl, wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. For polyester, use a soft brush to remove dust. Allow banners to air dry completely before storing. Avoid extreme temperatures and prolonged sunlight to keep your promotional display vibrant for trade shows and events.
