I recently purchased a stand up banner after comparing prices with a local supplier. The service was faster than expected and I had great assistance when I chatted online for help. Good suggestions were made that influenced my design and I'm very happy with that part. The part that I'm not happy with is the quality of the cassette on the bottom. The cassette is too light and therefore the banner is wobbly with the slightest breeze. The cassette is also wound so tightly that it's quite difficult to pull up when putting it together. However, my biggest disappointment is the plastic knob that the pole fits into when the banner is extended. It is very small and not a good quality plastic. I know that it is going to become unusable before too many uses -- partly because of the tension on the pole when trying to latch on to the plastic knob, but also because the plastic is easily worn down or broken. I'm fairly sure that this banner won't last very long before it's no longer usable and that's really disappointing quality. I would happily pay for a better quality cassette if it meant the banner would have a longer life.
