Poster is blurry and garbage

Thank you for reviewing the Custom Posters. We are sorry to hear that the printing was blurry. Upon reviewing the design, we found that the image uploaded had a low resolution. In the future, please aim to upload an image or a photo that has a resolution of at least 150 dpi at the final print size. However, 300 dpi is recommended for the sharpest results. A vector file format, such as PDF, SVG, or AI, is also recommended. Also, it is best to upload a file size that matches our recommended side under "Specs & Templates". We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend placing a new order with a high-quality image: www.vistaprint.ca/signs-posters/posters.
