I was trying to create a letter-only memorial sticker. Upon inputting my design the page was still blank so I decided to contact support. We added a shape to see if the lettering was there and it was, so I thought it should be good but asked the Support staff if the white background reflects transfer paper in the proof, or if it was the background of the sticker. The design I had uploaded had a transparent background. The Support staff told me it was just reflecting the transfer paper. Then when my order arrived it’s literally a plain white sticker, no text. Very disappointed with this service.

Please note that if you wish to have a decal with a transparent background, it will be required that the clear option is selected for the film color. I bought this sticker for my back window of my car. Although it is perforated, I cannot see through it at all. This is not safe! $164 for 2 window stickers totally lost and I now have to go through the hassle of removing it.
