To help troubleshoot the issue, please make sure the magnet is being applied to a magnet-compatible part of your vehicle, such as the door. If you're unsure whether your vehicle is magnet-compatible, try placing a refrigerator magnet on the surface. If it sticks, your vehicle should be compatible. If it doesn't, a car door decal may be a better option. Also, ensure the vehicle surface is smooth, clean, and free of dust before applying the magnet. To help protect your vehicle, remove and reapply the magnet every 2–3 days, and clean both the back of the magnet and the vehicle surface weekly using a damp cloth and mild detergent.
