I ordered a car door decal to improve the professional appearance of my work truck and to help market my business. I was genuinely excited about the product when it arrived.
I installed the decal last night according to the instructions. After returning home from work today, I discovered that nearly half of the decal had been torn off by normal highway driving and wind exposure.
A vehicle decal should be designed to withstand standard driving conditions. Given the short time between installation and failure, the durability of this product is far below what I would reasonably expect, especially for a business branding application.
This was disappointing, as the intent was to create a more professional image, not to have branding fail within a single day of use.

The decal is pixelated and completely useless for any application, especially for my truck. It did not look like pixelated in the editor.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience with the decal. Upon close inspection, we found that the uploaded design was low resolution, which caused the details to appear distorted and pixelated when printed at a larger size. While it may not have looked pixelated at first glance in the editor, the design studio did display a resolution warning indicating that the image quality could be affected. The order was still placed despite this notice, and since our printing process is fully automated, the decal was produced exactly as the file was submitted.
That said, we’ve reviewed your account and confirmed that one of our Care Specialists has already assisted you with this concern and taken the necessary actions on your order. We truly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to review and address the issue, and we encourage using high-resolution images for future projects to ensure the best possible outcome.
The decals are not going to last

Customer service was beyond awesome and helpful if I was rating the customer service I’d have 5 stars no doubt. I took 2 stars off because when applying the decals the colour was too easy to get scuffed and removed. Regardless I will still continue to use vista print for my business needs.
