Good engraving but not good quality

I liked the engraving of the logo, I was disappointed that is only hand wash, instead of dishwasher safe.
After washing it for 3-4 times I’m already noticing rust spots all around the engraving, which is very disappointing since the mug is pretty much new.

The logo came out ok, and customer service is top notch so I am ok with the purchase being backed by a seeming customer satisfaction guarantee. The product has a seam on the inside which I would think could end up with bacteria. Preferred a more expensive product.

Our logo looked perfect on the tumbler, the only issue is what we received is not what was pictured. The top of the tumbler did not have the "stainless steel edge" the colour of the tumbler went all the way to the top and the bottom of the tumbler was not the stainless colour either, it was a shade of shinny blue (we did order a blue colour for the tumbler) but it was supposed to have the stainless look at the top and the bottom. Other than that, great quality!
