I have ordered these twice and the lazer engraving was perfect each time - They are impressive to give to clients - Hold a decent volume and feel like good quality when you hold them. Highly recommend. I gave 4 stars ONLY because the Vistaprint label is on the bottom, and I would prefer that the customer doesn't know where I have my marketing items made, and that only my company is the forefront. Other than that, super quality.

Distorted logo

Super disappointed that our logo was distorted, compared to the preview that we agreed too. The logo isn’t even round like the preview showed, it became very oval. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts and now feel embarrassed even handing these out. Also there is a little dot that was from the laser on each mug on the top left corner. With what time is left before Christmas I won’t be able to get new ones remade, even from a local place.
