With a lot of excitement, I ordered a sample of this bottle and on receiving, I wish I haven't ordered it at all. The material is very thin quality and doesn't feel premium for the cost it is being charged. I do not recommend this bottle at all.

The water bottle is pretty much what I expected for the price. Not top-end but not junk. The highlight of this review is that the logo I wanted on the bottle had a flaw. A chunk was missing. These things happen.
I took a picture of the damage, sent it to VistaPrint, and within 24 hours I had a friendly response and notification that a new one was in the works. No long calls. No forms to fill out. No extra charge. Just good service.

They came with the logo partially cut off…Seems they have a problem with quality control.

Dented & Looks DIY

One of the bottles arrived dented, but more importantly, the product photo looked like the logo would be printed directly on the bottle when it's actually just printed on a sticker and THEN laminated onto the bottle. There's dirt on the other bottle between the laminate and sticker from this. Looks like I printed it on a sticker myself and stuck it on like a diy job. I could have done it myself for cheaper using a thicker quality bottle.
