When we received our order, the glossy side was blurry and out of focus. It's nothing like the PDF proof that was provided. Customer service said that we had approved the design as is, implying that it's my fault. But I went back to see the PDF proof and it's completely sharp. Quality control is a mess on this glossy postcard. I'm thinking of trying a new printing service.
