We can confirm that the uploaded image with the text has a very low resolution, resulting in fuzzy, almost distorted details on the final print. You've made an excellent point – for the clearest result, it's always best to add text using the text fields in our studio rather than as part of an image. For future orders, we highly recommend using higher quality images to ensure a crisp outcome.
