Terrible Embroidery and Bad Customer Service

I placed an order for 2 hats. The embroidery was horrible, nothing close to the preview and with wonky uneven lines and gaps. I emailed vistaprint and the response seemed like it was AI generated. I expressed my concern on them reprinting the same design as i deem the service not functional for wording/lettering but only for a logo. I get another 2 hat with the same exact problems. I sent another email explaining the whole situation. I receive another email that was identical to the first email and it included the same solution. I immediately sent another email saying to not send another pair of hats with the same issue but just fix the design or full refund me. I got no response. I have 6 hats now with wonky bad embroidery on it. All i wanted was to change the design to accommodate the embroidery issues.

Hat is great - embrodiery, not so much

Embrodiery comes A LOT smaller than what shows on the website. The actual hat is great though.

Logo not correct size

The logo I had looked great online but once printed was 30% smaller. Not a big deal but for baseball team hats a small logo just doesn’t look right.

Nice hat, logo space too small

The hat fits just right, though women had to tighten the back almost as far as it would go. Lower star rating because the limited space allowed for the logo means it came out looking small - definitely would have preferred it bigger to better fill the space on the front of the hat.
