Thank you for your review. We are sincerely sorry to hear that your baseball cap arrived deformed and that it has been difficult to reshape. We understand how disappointing it is to receive a wearable item that is not in perfect, ready-to-wear condition. To help the cap regain its original form, we highly recommend stuffing it firmly with soft objects, such as clean socks, tissue paper, or small towels, and letting it sit for a few days to reshape the crown structure. Applying a light amount of steam can also help loosen the fabric fibers so it molds back into place more easily. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the packaging.
