Printing too light, hard to see.

It is truly disheartening to learn that the printing on your cap came out too light to see clearly. Upon checking your design, the printing on the cap was done as submitted with light grey used on a white cap, which creates very low visibility. For future orders, we strongly recommend choosing more contrast between colors so that your text and logos remain crisp and easy to read. As a courtesy, we have edited your design to improve the contrast and replaced the cap for you. The order number is the same as the initial order, and you may track it from the order history or shipment notification email. I wish my logo preview was the same on the cap as on my mouse pad. The mousepad logo turned out more bold that on the cap. I would have added a stroke (making it more bold) to the logo on the cap had I known.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the logo appearance on the cap was not what you expected compared to your mouse pad. Based on our checks, the printable area on the mouse pad is larger than the printable area on the hat, and the logo was saved at a larger size for the mouse pad. Because of this, the logo may appear bolder and more prominent on the larger item. We’d like to take a closer look at the cap to better understand the difference. Could you please reply to this email with a clear photo of the hat showing the logo?
