We’re sorry to hear the logo on the hat is difficult to see, and we understand your disappointment. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the hat itself. For this product, the design area measures 1.57 in x 3.94 in, and the artwork is scaled to fit within that space. In this case, the design was extended from top to bottom to make the best use of the available print area, so it could not be printed larger than what was received.
