For this product, the design area measures 1.57 in x 3.94 in, and the artwork is scaled to fit within that space. In this case, the design was extended from top to bottom to make the best use of the available print area, so it could not be printed larger than what was received. It fits you, but if you like the trucker hat style, it's not a deep pocket hat so it sits more on the top of your head, but good for the coworkers they enjoyed them.
