Logo was way off.

The embroidery turned out great. Very happy with how my logo turned out. The hat itself is decent quality. Not high end, but not cheap junk either. Definitely worth the price when you have a promo code. My only slight gripe is that the hat is slightly small on me. To be clear though, this is most likely due to my head being too big. Lol. Hat fits great on my wife and young adult daughter, but for a man it is a little bit small. Just a tad small, not like kiddie size small, just not quite big enough for a good fit. Again, this is likely due to the size of my head and their sizing being more for the average, fit, younger person. The hat is still totally fine to wear for me, just not a proper perfect fit, but how can you expect a perfect fit without being sized in a store and trying it on first? Overall, I would buy again regardless of my bigger than normal head.

I received my first order from Promotique, caps were ok for quality and embroidery was mediocre, not high enough quality if you wanted to resell the product though. The first cap I took out of the box still had all of the backing material inside the cap from the embroidery, about a 1.5" thread coming off the embroidery and some issues with the embroidery itself. I will give them top marks on the after sale service as they took care of the problem with little questions, just too short of a time for a replacement.
