Thank you for reaching out. It would've been great if the embroidery results for your logo were satisfactory and we regret that this is not the case. We would like to recommend taking note of the placeholder sizes when designing in the future. Your logo is limited to a 1.5" x 2" placeholder which cannot be made larger. We recommend recreating your design so that you can maximize within the small placeholder, or you may choose a cap with a larger placeholder. Please let us know if assistance is needed with choosing the best resolution based on our recommendation.
