For future custom apparel orders, we recommend that you download the "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order. This is available in the editing studio, in the upper left corner when you click on the product name. When viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. Our review of the design shows that the print area of the cap is rectangular (horizontal) at a size of 1.57" x 3.15". Your logo design is more of a vertical layout. We suggest using a different design of your logo or adding text to the hat without the image. Furthermore, you may opt for a different style cap that offers a bigger print area or a print area that is more aligned to your design: www.vistaprint.ca/clothing-bags/hats/caps.
