Very nice-looking cap, but the one I received had a bumpy dent on the front ring, which made it very uncomfortable and clearly not wearable. Vistaprint issued me a credit for this one. Maybe it was just this particular cap that had a defect.

Upon further checking, the L/XL size for this cap fits a head circumference range of 22 3/8 to 23 7/8 inches (57–61 cm). In traditional fitted hat sizing, this corresponds to sizes 7 1/8 through 7 5/8.

This is much more faithful to my design than what Custom Lids has done in the past, but I'm still disappointed that the layers of the embroidery didn't line up, making the crescent asymmetrical.
