Was very happy with the hats we ordered. They fit great and the logo is the perfect size.

Great quality but the logo size is too small

Got the logo printed as large as I could and it's still way too small. The hat is nice but doesn't make sense why they can make the logo bigger. Had to hi to a print shop to get it down e properly.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you are pleased with your embroidered design but disappointed that we are unable to fulfill same as large as you needed. The cap has a placeholder size of 4.7" x 2.2" which cannot be made otherwise at this time. We will share your review and we do hope that we can provide larger design areas in the future.

First order had a defect on the logo I submitted. The replacement was ordered for me by the support team once I sent the picture of the problem. Great costumer service. The Flexfit structured Twill Cap is great quality and the work Promotique did on the 2nd designed logo I sent is flawless.
