They don't listen to the feedback you give when reviewing your design, when I finally agreed to a design it was much much lower quality and looked like a word was miss-spelled. hat quality is not quite what I expected, but that is on carhartt.

Hat good, stitching not so much

The hat itself is great quality but the stitching is jagged and uneven. We chose to make our logo as big as it would allow us and it's still quite small. Easily could've been 1/2" bigger than what was allowed.
