I purchased a few of these hats for me and the guys and the colour of the hat faded the hats now are no good it was black now it's like a gray ish colour

I am sort of disappointed with this hat, I chose it because I own many quality Carhartt items. I find that this hat has sort of a strange shape to it and doesn't really fit my head that well. Perhaps I should have picked another model, but unfortunately this hat just doesn't look right and I will not be wearing it. The embroidery work was ok, my logo didn't translate 100%.

The size of the cap is perfect and i like the how easy was to just upload the design and get the preview, however they should give you an estimate of the embroidery design, i got suprised how big was the logo in the final product. i am a litte bit dissapointed the desginer in charge should take care a but more of the quality "size matters"
