unfortunately, the final product does not match the preview I was provided.
In the mockup, the logo appeared to be positioned lower and more centered on the front panel. However, in the actual product, the embroidery sits noticeably higher, leaving approximately 1. 5 inches of empty space between the brim and where the logo begins. This significantly changes the overall look and balance of the design.
I understand that the placement might technically fall within the “safe area,” but the way the preview was presented does not accurately reflect how the design translates onto the real cap. The proportions and curvature of the hat make the logo appear much higher than expected, which impacts the final aesthetic.
I would suggest improving the accuracy of your previews so they better represent real product proportions, especially for curved surfaces like hats. A more realistic mockup would help avoid this kind of mismatch.
At this point, I’m not fully satisfied with the result and would appreciate a solution—whether that’s a correction/replacement with adjusted logo placement or another appropriate resolution.

Upon reviewing the account, we saw that the print area was placed that way, and we do not have the option to move it. Not sure how these products aren't double checked before being delivered. Can't even wear this product to promote my business. I hope Vista Print refunds me for this order.

embroidery turned out kind of recessed looking

I've ordered lots of different kinds of embroidered hats before and this was the first time the embroidery was recessed looking. Good quality hat but as the embroidery came out weird I would not order again.
