Love the bag, but the print was 'ok'

Love the material, size and make of the bag. Our logo has a lot of bright vivd colours, but it printed muted and dull. The proof looked great. I also know digital print sometimes don't come out bright and vivid. Still a great bag, but not convinced to do a bulk run.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you love the material, size, and overall make of the bag. We’re sorry, however, that the printed colors appeared muted and dull compared with the vibrant colors shown in your proof. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially when you’re considering placing a bulk order.
If possible, could you please share a photo of the bag showing the printed colors? This would help us better understand the issue and provide valuable feedback to our quality team. We truly appreciate your comments and the opportunity to improve our printing results.
