Based on our review, the design on your cards was placed at the trim line (dotted line). This means that once cut, the artwork will naturally appear very close to the edge, as the trim removes a small portion of the outer area. For future orders, we strongly recommend allowing more safe margin space to ensure all text and logos sit comfortably away from the edges for a more professional finish. We also see that you’ve already contacted our customer care team and that the matter was addressed, with an email sent providing full details.
