Upon reviewing the uploaded design, we can confirm that it includes extremely tiny details with limited color contrast against the overall design. When combined with the actual size of the product (3.5" x 2"), these elements can become very small and difficult to read once printed. Please keep in mind that our printing process is automated, which means the design is printed exactly as it is designed, uploaded, and submitted for the order. In this case, the final product reflects the artwork that was submitted. For future orders, we recommend ensuring that important text and details are sufficiently large and have enough contrast to remain legible. As a general guideline, we recommend using a font size of at least 9–10 pt for important information. If you'd like to request a replacement with a clearer design, please edit the design first to enlarge the small details and improve their contrast. Once updated, simply respond to this email and share the revised version with us. We'll be happy to review it and assist you further.
