From the very first day I called this company, I felt something different. The gentleman who answered my call had a very friendly voice, booked my order, and even gave me free shipping. That gesture itself meant a lot to me, and I immediately sent a letter of appreciation because I never forget kindness. Then came the first incident. My dark blue cards were printed with one “i” missing in my name. I noticed it only after receiving the cards, when my daughter pointed it out. When I informed the team, their response was calm and professional: “No problem, these things happen. ” They handled it with dignity and courtesy. Before they even sent the free replacement to correct the single “i,” I took advantage of the opportunity to share a new design of a light cream color. They accepted my design and delivered the replacement cards — free of cost. That level of flexibility and generosity is simply unbelievable. Then, by a strange turn of events, I accidentally threw both boxes of cards into the recycling bin. The waste truck came Monday morning, and everything was gone before I even realized what had happened. When the company heard about this, I expected nothing because it was completely my mistake. But to my surprise, they decided to print the cards again for me — free of charge. In business we meet many companies and many people. But the true character of a company is revealed when things go wrong. This team showed patience, kindness, and a level of customer care that is very rare. My background is in marketing and I visit many places for business, so I can easily feel the difference between routine service and genuine professionalism. This company clearly follows those timeless principles of customer respect that have been written in business books for generations. That is why this is not just another review. It is my heartfelt appreciation for a team that truly values its customers.

It’s my first time ordering business cards. The font seemed large enough on my screen. When they arrived, it was so small. . I understand that’s my error. BUT, it would be nice that when you are done creating your card, you have a page that shows you actual sizing before clicking order.
