When it gets to the review your order 360° rotation my card looked perfect. When it got to the cashing out part I looked at the review and there was white at the bottom of my card that wasn't there in the 360. So I re-did my cards 3 times till it was perfect in both the 360° review and the final review. But even still when I got the cards they still had a small white spot on the back upper left corner. Also the cards were smaller than regular business card sizes. Other than that the quality and clarity was perfect.

We’re glad to hear that you were happy with the overall quality and clarity of the cards, but we’re sorry for the frustration caused by the white edge you noticed. After reviewing your order, we found that the design was not fully extended to the bleed area, which is why a small white edge appeared on the final print despite the previews looking correct. This can occasionally happen if the background doesn’t extend past the trim line, even when the 360° preview appears fine.
To ensure your satisfaction, we’ve processed a replacement at no cost to you under the same order number. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details. Please feel free to dispose of or recycle the cards you originally received. We also appreciate your note about the card size. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue improving the design and review experience.
