Upon reviewing your order, we can see that the design file uploaded was already unsharpened, and the logo itself appears pixelated with blurry details. This was also visible in the design studio and preview prior to checkout, which can result in a final print that does not appear as sharp or crisp. To help improve the outcome, please reply to this email and share a higher-quality version of your design. We recommend using a file with clearer, bolder details—especially for the logo—and a resolution of at least 300 DPI to ensure the best possible print quality.
