Quality Concern – Soft Touch Business Cards Peeling on First Day of Use

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the business cards I recently received.
I ordered the same Soft Touch finish that I have used before. About a year ago, I printed the same business card through Vistaprint India, and previously I also ordered Soft Touch business cards from Vistaprint Canada. Both of those orders had excellent quality and were very durable.
Unfortunately, this latest order is completely different. On the very first day of use, the edges and corners of the cards started peeling wherever they came into normal contact. I have attached photos showing the issue.
Based on my previous experience with Vistaprint, I believe the quality of the Soft Touch finish has been significantly reduced, or this is a different product altogether. This is not the level of quality I have come to expect from Vistaprint, especially since I have ordered the same finish before with much better results.
I am not at all happy with this product and would appreciate it if you could review this issue and let me know how you can resolve it.

I went to staples first to print, but the cards lacked quality despite being about the same cost. The letters touched each other and the colors were off. The cords I got from Vista Prints worth miles better, just a longer wait

I was very pleased with the type of card I chose and all the writing and picture on the card. The problem was the green font on the black background doesn't show up so the cards are basically useless. We live and learn in life.
