Printing error on over 25% of the cards

We greatly appreciate the fast turnaround especially during the holiday season however, Nearly 50% of these cards are not at an acceptable printing standard and cant be used due to how unprofessional they look. Could we please get a reorder as soon as possible.

Love the texture but loss of saturation

This was my first time ordering the soft touch card. I love the feel. It is perfect for a soothing experience for a massage therapy business.
The only reason I did not give it 5 starts is the colours came out muted. The saturation was toned down a lot. So not exactly what I was looking for. I’m guessing it has to do with the softness coating.
If you are ordering the I would recommend bumping up the saturation for a more accurate final product.

Urgent – Business Cards Misprinted (Incorrect Cutting)

Hello,
I received my business cards today. While the print quality itself is acceptable, the cutting is completely unacceptable.
The cards were cut too short, and on the back of the card my office phone number is partially cut off, making the cards unusable. This is a serious quality-control issue.
What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened. About three years ago, I placed another order with Vistaprint and approximately 30% of the cards were cut incorrectly as well. Experiencing the same issue again is extremely disappointing.
I will attach photos to this email (or send them in a separate email) so you can clearly see the problem.
Given the circumstances, I expect:
A full reprint of the business cards
Sent as soon as possible, at no additional cost
Please confirm how quickly this can be resolved. These cards are for professional use, and this level of finishing is simply unacceptable.
